Narcissists brainwash us into giving up on everything in our lives. It's not right or fair, but it's usually what happens. It's another one of the lies they try to put on us. Realize this is just what they do, but we don't have to participate. We can choose to see the good in our lives and ourselves. We can choose hope for our future.
