This is Golden Tilefish which is caught off the New Jersey coast. It is a rich, mild white fish with a slightly sweet, clean ocean flavor. The texture is firm yet flaky with a buttery, almost lobster-like feel. It’s more flavorful than cod. Somewhat like flounder but I think it’s more flavorful
