After a decade out of shape, I set a goal: lose 10 kg and cut my 5K time from 31:00 to 24:30. Instead of hiring a coach, I built one. Meet Coach Claw: my personal trainer built on OpenClaw. Remember to listen to your body. Also, losing weight is as much about intake (food) as it is output (physical activity). Good luck

Good luck! If you have trouble finding discipline you just have to add an element to it so that it becomes bearable. Great choice doing it with openclaw.

I'm on my way to lose 6kg. Started in october. Daily measures. I got wild swings. Ignore them and focus on your goal! Would love to read what plan and advises claw gives you!
