Here's 1,000 miles of distance viewed from an airplane, using an infrared camera. That's around 1/4 of the supposed radius of our globe. Zero curvature observed.

24,000 mile circumference, a radius measurement is an odd reference because it would have nothing to do with the surface. A better reference would be a 24th of the radians of a circle: 15° If there's not 15° of curvature then some global measurement error.

But when you are 35k feet in the air you can see tremendously further because of your vantage point. I didn’t watch the full video but I hope the experiment takes that into account.
