Nostr has the same adoption problem that Bitcoin has. Centralized social media works just fine for the majority that they are unaware of their time being stolen from them in the form of ads and algorithms. Similarly, centralized banks work just fine to the majority that they are unaware of their time being stolen from them in the form of inflation. There will come a time for these protocols and payment systems that the need will be so high, that the value add will far surpass the ease of use for the majority. The world will then flip over to a freedom paradigm.
