PRACTICAL CONDITIONING (DO THIS DAILY)
Before sleep, I want you to run this in your head:
1. REVIEW (5 minutes)
Ask yourself:
• Where did I act weak today?
• Where did I hesitate?
• Where did I waste time?
No excuses. Just facts.
2. CORRECT (5 minutes)
For each mistake:
• What should I have done instead?
• What will I do next time?
You are training your brain like a machine.
3. VISUALIZE (10 minutes)
See yourself:
• Executing trades perfectly
• Speaking with control and confidence
• Training your body with intensity
• Moving like a person who already has power
Make it vivid. Slow it down. Feel it.
4. COMMAND (5 minutes)
Repeat internally:
• “I do what I say.”
• “I don’t negotiate with weakness.”
• “Discipline is my advantage.”
Not softly. With certainty.
