Hey musicians... show a little more respect for your audience. Yeah it's cool to be in the same clothes you wore on your Uber Eats gig, but you're a performer. Get some class, it'll make a difference. before/after

fair ball. I was never drawn in to the "fairy-boys with lipstick on" (Frank Zappa) so agree re David Bowie. I guess what I was referring to is more of a New York sophistication thing, rather than throwing on a t-shirt. From Jazz to blues the players dressed for their gig. I'm not saying you need to wear a suite that's definitely more Jazz, but a cool shirt, a hat or a vest, says "I'm a performer" and caring how one presets themselves to their audience is a sign of respect and gratitude for that audience.
