of course! seasonally it's mostly marmalades right now: seville SBP (all organic, smaller jar) 5 fruit 7 fruit blood orange lemon & lime clementine the latest jam is a pink rhubarb (local) with cherry (imported, supermarket surplus) Re: collab ... I have some testers to get your opinion on... or at least I will have after this weekend!!! it's been chopping madness here lol

Wow this is very exciting! Can I ask you to send the testers to my brother in Margate. I think I would love to buy some of the pink rhubarb for my mum and dad. Do you have piccalilli too?

I've just tried the 7 fruit on my toast this morning and the bergamot is schizophrenic! Only used one for a double batch (18 jars!) and it's still too woodsy for anything but crows. Going to need diluting so might be another week or so before I can that one out send out, the 5 fruit is good to go if that works as a replacement
