Pike was right,hunger for change usually comes from those with the least to lose and the most to gain. The 'problem' isn't that early adopters aren't poor, it's that we haven't finished building the bridges yet. The next wave of Bitcoin nobility won't come from Wall Street; it’ll come from the artisans and scholars using the Lightning Network to reclaim their sovereignty.

depends on the country. most of the poor in European countries rely on benefits and government handouts. they won't give up the govt teat. I suspect it will be more the working class. the college indoctrinated wont, too convinced by the fiat hamster wheel. but a working man is very practical and just needs bitcoin explained in terms he understands. and the simplest selling point is "banks and government can't steal your money"
