I think during times like we currently find ourselves it’s important to remind each other that; there is very little we can do about the ass clowns in DC. We, as Veterans, can make a huge impact in our communities being diligent and knowledgeable members helping inform our fellow citizens from a perspective of guys who have “been there, done that.” Had a great, candid conversation with the a guy from codes about Iran. Sharing a sober, nuanced perspective of the politics, geopolitical strategy, and personal antidotes. We basically ended it on, man war sucks and I sure hope the Iranian people don’t suffer and the USG doesn’t screw it all up. We also spent some time bashing FDR and talking Pearl Harbor conspiracy facts. Do what you can in your part of the world to make it a better place. If enough of us keep doing that, the ass clowns in DC lose their power. Keep improving your fighting position!
