Seasonally. They are a cool weather crop so by the time it’s >75 they stop producing. They have been really popular wedding flowers for us. Dainty and pristine, we love them

It’s bittersweet because they sell as fast as we harvest and the longer we have them the better. But the short season makes us appreciate them more while they’re here. Most of our crops are seasonal so every time of year is special in its own way
