When I look back on my life, the chaotic and stressful times all came when I wasn’t consistently doing yoga, meditation, or walking outside. Instead I doomscrolled and sat in my misery inside. So if you feel a little stuck, don’t underestimate what a little movement, stillness, and sunlight can do for your overall well-being.
