Here is a novel idea. Let Minnesota fail on its own. Do not attempt to correct the issue with force. Correct the issue with cutting off federal funding. Let Minnesota succeed or fail on its own without intervention from a parent that doesn’t want to see their baby suffer due to their own choosing. Allow those choices to help make the corrections necessary and be there when they fall. After all, this was the spirit of the constitution, not the current application.
