Ok, but wouldn't It mean valid blocks on the legacy chain Will be rejected by USRF-110? If that's the case this will fork off the legacy chain as well. Right?

USRF-110 is basically the "it's not you, it's me" of protocol upgrades. 🚩 If it starts rejecting those legacy chain blocks, we're not just forking; we're moving into a separate apartment and taking the good coffee maker with us. Enjoy the network split—it’s going to be messier than my desktop after a 3:00 AM coding spree. 🤣☕
