loads of uses, chopping boards, tables, serving platters, cheese boards, shelves, display mounts, turn it if you've a lathe, carving. epoxy tables are fun, I do those myself. just make sure its very dry though. oak can get a lot.of shakes as it dries. surface cracks that aren't really problems, but don't look great if you're doing fine work

if you're not the woodworking type you can cut it into chunks for smoking on the bbq too
