Upgraded the Nostria Discovery Relay for Europe. It was a bit under powered and had some downtime. We're ranking up expenses on service infrastructure... At the same time, we're building a "dead-relay" monitoring service and adding filter in Nostria app to avoid connecting to relays that are no longer available. This should reduce resource consumption on your devices and improve performance and reliability on finding events.
